Here are the materials I used. |

My tool setup |
3.
Decide where you want the hole to be. I chose to drill on the seem so
that the logo on the ball would be straight when the gag was worn... |

|

|
 |
4. Center the ball and clamp it down |
5. Start your drill and carefully lower it onto your
mark. Move slowly until you break the skin of the ball. This will be a
kind of hard step with a regular drill but don't lose patience. |
6. Continue to drill all the way through the ball. |

|

|
 |
7. Withdraw the bit |
8. Completed hole |
9. Annoyingly enough, the other side is not as pretty |

|

|
 |
10. So put it back in the vice, bad hole side up... |
11. And run the drill slowly through it to clean up
the hole.
Remove the ball from the vice and prepare to thread
it onto the collar. |
12. Bend the collar into a U shape so that it can fit
through the hole. You want the U shape to be as shown so that the curve,
instead of the edges will be against you lips and cheeks when you put
on the gag... |

 |
13. Force the creased end into your ball. You will need
to twist to work it though, but if it is too tight, you may need to re-drill
with a larger bit. |
14. You may need to use a pair of needle nose pliers
to help you get the tip the rest of the way through |
15. You may need to keep creasing it as you pull it
through to the half way point. |
