Building Core Strength

Many things we do during bondage scenes … and in life … are made better or easier if you have a strong core.  You want to power-pound someone for a good, long time?  You want to be able to hold your hips up for your partner for awhile?  You want to be able to do suspensions more comfortably or try something more challenging?  Building a stronger core will enable all those things and more.

Kathryn of Yoga for Intimacy joins us today to take us through a routine designed to build that core strength.  In the video she talks through some elements of technique and approach that I had never heard before and that help build powerful results!
