Stretching for … Access from Behind
There is something primal about being bent over and taken from behind. But it is nice to be able to be comfortable while in a forward fold.
Kathryn of Yoga for Intimacy takes us through a yoga routine specifically designed to stretch the muscles around your hips, improving hip flexibility for those who would like to be able to bend over farther or just be more comfortable!
