The key to being able to do a box tie or any strict arms-behind-the-back (btb) tie like an elbow tie or strict armbinder, is proper shoulder position and flexibility.  Kathryn of Yoga for Intimacy joins us today to take us through a yoga routine specifically designed to stretch your shoulders, improving flexibility for rope enthusiasts who would like to be more comfortable in these challenging ties!
