Foundations of Rope Bondage: Part 1
Learn the building blocks of rope bondage.
This is where the tying begins. Before You Tie covers the knowledge and judgment that come before the rope. Foundations 1 is where you begin learning what to do with it. You will learn the core building blocks that appear again and again throughout rope bondage. Starting from the absolute beginning, you will learn about rope itself, how to handle it, four fundamental knots, and the essential single-column and double-column ties used to connect people, limbs, furniture, and other objects. More importantly, you will learn why these techniques work, how to recognize when something is wrong, and how to use them responsibly. By the end of the course, you will be able to create a wide variety of practical bondage positions and understand the underlying principles well enough to begin adapting them to your own ideas. These skills are the vocabulary of rope. In Foundations 2, you will learn how to combine them into harnesses and more complex scenes.
