Hold of the secondary bight in position.
Feed the primary bight through the secondary bight, going upwards.
Hold the secondary bight in position again while you reestablish the Half Hitch…

The government will almost certainly need to be adjusted after being put back on. You’ll need to make sure the lines are laying but the way they’re supposed to.
You may need to adjust the position of some of the Cow Hitches.
Some of the Cow Hitches may have become malformed and need to be dressed again to look good…
