This is a fashion tie featuring the Kinoko Neck Corset, Heart Ladder and False Lover’s Knot. When I say “fashion tie”, I mean that it looks cool and is intended for photography and art, not bondage scenes. To turn it into something stable enough for an active scene, just go with the regular Kinoko Neck Corset (which is still hot as hell), leaving out the Heart Ladder and False Lover’s Knot

Scene

Do the first wraps of the Kinoko Neck Corset. Only do three 3 wraps instead of the 5 shown in that tutorial.
Use the tails of (1) used to create a False Lover’s Knot as a decorative bow.
Run the tails from (2) down under the breasts, inside the latex harness.
Add a new rope and use it to create a Heart Ladder to connect the wraps of a Kinko Neck Corset (This is in place of the series of Crossing Hitches shown in that tutorial). This is not a particularly stable configuration and so should only be used for fashion photography / art purposes, not for an active scene.
Twist the tail of the Heart Ladder (4) make it decorative and then tie it off to a leg of the couch (using Two Half Hitches or your preferred anchor friction).
Add a Lark’s Head Single Column on one wrist.
Tie the tail of (6) off to a leg of the couch.
Add a Lark’s Head Double Column above the knees.
Lark’s Head Single Column on one ankle. Tie the tail off to a leg of the couch.
