Bound to a Tokyo Staircase
By Lazarus Redmayne
In March 2024, Kajira Blue and I had the pleasure of visiting the city of Shinjuku in Tokyo, Japan. We found this lovely apartment and took the opportunity to shoot several CAS photos between exploring the city and meeting lots of wonderful people!
This simple, yet lovely scene is the fourth and last we shot.
This apartment features a little sleeping loft with an open staircase leading to it. The staircase was compact and open, which provided many potential attachment points. Originally I had intended to lash Blue to the stair in some interesting, but awkward position and watch her struggle with that for awhile, but, in the end, decided on this more mobile arrangement.
Here are the other CAS shots from that trip (already published):

Prerequisites
Scene
- The scene began with Love Handles! This tie can be incredibly useful for some types of more … interactive … scenes. I imagine you can see why.
- The left arm is “chicken-winged” using the Spiral Futomomo pattern.
- The right wrist is restrained using a Slipped Somerville Bowline cuff, the tail of which is then…
- … wrapped into the stair structure and locked off to hold it in place.
