Switch or upgrade your membership

The easiest way is the built-in Migrate to Direct Membership wizard on your Account → Subscription tab. It sets up a direct membership at your current rate with no gap in access, defers your first direct charge to your Patreon paid-through date, then walks you through cancelling Patreon so you’re never billed twice.

   Start the wizard. On Account → Subscription, click “Migrate to Direct Membership.” Review the summary (same rate, first charge on your paid-through date) and continue to Stripe’s secure checkout. Nothing is charged today.

   Cancel your Patreon pledge. After checkout the wizard sends you to Patreon → Settings → Membershipsto cancel — Patreon doesn’t let us do this for you.

   Confirm it. Back in the wizard, tap “I’ve cancelled — refresh”and we’ll verify it live with Patreon. We also email reminders before your first direct charge until it’s done. You keep the same account, history, and Discord role.

If your card is currently billed through our older processor, you can move to Stripe for self-service billing — one click, no double charge, and no lost access.

   In the Current cycle card, click “Switch to Stripe.”

   Enter your card on Stripe’s secure checkout page.

   That’s it. Your old subscription is cancelled automatically, and your first Stripe charge is deferred to your current paid-through date— so you’re never double-charged and never lose access.
