"Hangers" methods to connect a new rope to a harness, commonly used for suspension uplines.
This tutorial covers various ways to attach new ropes to a harness or other band of rope. These techniques are commonly used for suspension uplines. They allow you to connect a new rope to various numbers of bands in such a way that it won’t tend to pull those bands together as much if put under load, thereby reducing the risk of skin being pinched between two bands of rope! This course will teach you how to smoothly connect to a single point, 2 points (aka "Y-Hanger" or Epsilon), or 3 points (a "W-Hanger").
