Can one combine this with an unchastity belt?
Sure! It may be a bit challenging to get everything lined up exactly where you want it if you intend to do it all with one rope, but with a little experimenting, you could. An easier approach would be to do this tie as shown, and then just add a new rope to the completed Bondage Belt that will then go between the legs to make things more interesting. 🙂
